Helpful hints
Parking
The home has an oversized 2-car garage with ski and bike racks, use it freely.
Additional vehicles can park in the driveway. Please do not block the sidewalk or park on the grass.
Street parking on Park Ave is NOT allowed by the city.
Trash & Recycling

Trash bins are located in our garege

Please bag all trash before placing in the bin

We do NOT have Recycling
Quiet Hours
Out of respect for our neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
This applies to outdoor areas including the hot tub and patio. Music should be kept at a conversational level after 10pm.
Check Out Instructions
To make sure your checkout goes smoothly, please do the following before leaving:

Start the dishwasher if dishes have been used

Place all used towels and linens in the bathtubs/showers - do not wash red and white towels together

Log out of any streaming services on the TVs

Make sure the hot tub cover is fully closed and latched

Turn off all lights and ceiling fans

Ensure the thermostat is at 68°F

Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked

Check the fenced yard for any belongings (especially if you brought dogs)
